*You must clear through the athletics office in order to turn out for summer programs.  This includes use of the weight room.

*If your insurance company will only allow one physical per year and your physical has not expired you still need to hand in your athletic clearance forms.  Please see Mrs. Ballew in the activities office and she will put your current physical in your new packet.

*Fees for athletic clearance are not due at this time.  You may begin paying fees for the 2009/2010 athletic seasons in August.
